We have received reports that Interactive Brokers setups are incorrectly syncing account balances. Our aggregation team is aware of this issue and we hope to have an update soon.
In the meantime please do not delete your Interactive Brokers accounts, as we will need the accounts in their current error state in order to continue our investigation.

Updated (10/18): Unfortunately the issues related to syncing this site successfully are more complex than my aggregator initially expected and it is taking their engineers additional time to unravel the matter in order to find an acceptable solution. While we do not currently have an ETA on when this will be resolved, we do hope to have an update soon.
