We are receiving reports regarding two issues with HealthSavings accounts- some users are seeing the balance of their HealthSavings account doubling, and others are seeing a Yellow Dot next to their HealthSavings account. Our aggregation team is aware of this issue and we hope to have an update soon.
In the meantime please do not delete your HealthSavings accounts, as we will need the accounts in their current error state in order to continue our investigation.

Updated (8/18): This issue is still pending resolution. The moment progress has been made towards resolving the matter, will be certain to update all our impacted customers.
Updated (9/1): Unfortunately this issue is more complex than we expected and it is taking our engineers more time to unravel the issue in order to find an acceptable solution. While we do not currently have an ETA on when this will be resolved, we do hope to have an update soon.
UPDATED (9/28): This is issue is still actively being investigated, and is currently under review with our aggregation partner. The moment details develop towards resolution, we will be certain to update all our impacted customers.
