Recently we have learned that users who use the cybercode token when logging in to their USAA accounts are encountering issues with updating their accounts in their Personal Capital Dashboard.
Our aggregation team is working with the USAA team to resolve this issue. While we do not have a resolution yet, the team at USAA has suggested that in the mean time, users temporarily disable the cybercode token option for their USAA account at the USAA site.
To disable this feature, please follow these steps after logging in to your account at the USAA site:
- Under Profile select “Logon and Security”
- Next to Logon Method, select Edit
- On the next page, unselect Cybercode Token
- Click Next to proceed with saving your settings.
We do not consider this to be a resolution as it is removing a security option, but it may allow accounts to update while we work to a more permanent solution. We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience and understanding!
