Update 6/3: Our aggregator has confirmed that this issue is still pending resolution. The moment progress has been made towards resolving the matter, will be certain to update all our impacted customers.
Update 5/12: Unfortunately this issue is more complex than we expected and it is taking our engineers more time to unravel the issue to find an acceptable solution. While we do not currently have an ETA on when this will be resolved, we do hope to have an update soon.
We are aware of an issue with linking and refreshing Nelnet accounts in the Personal Capital dashboard. Our aggregation team is aware of the issue and while we hope to have a resolution soon, we do not have an ETA as to when this may be resolved.
Please do not delete your accounts while we work on this issue- simply leave them in their current state and we will provide further instructions once we hear back from our aggregation team.
