Update 6/3: Our aggregator has confirmed that this issue is still pending resolution. The moment progress has been made towards resolving the matter, will be certain to update all our impacted customers.
Update 5/12: Unfortunately this issue is more complex than we expected and it is taking our engineers more time to unravel the issue to find an acceptable solution. While we do not currently have an ETA on when this will be resolved, we do hope to have an update soon.
We are aware of an issue with updating SoFi accounts in Personal Capital. We have escalated the issue to our aggregation team and as soon as we have an update on this issue we will update this space. In the mean time please leave the accounts linked in their current error state.
