Update (9/27): Our engineers are still working with our aggregation team to resolve the issue with linking Voya 401k accounts. While we do not have an estimate as to when this may be resolved, however we do hope to have a resolution soon.
Update (9/3): We are working with our aggregation team to resolve this issue and while we hope to have a resolution soon, we do not currently have an ETA.
We are aware of an error with linking and refreshing Voya 401k accounts in Personal Capital.
This appears to be a temporary technical issue that our aggregation team is aware of and we hope to have an update soon.
