Some accounts are showing an error message indicating that the account requires additional security information:
Instead of clicking "Refresh Account" take the following steps:
- In the My Accounts Panel, click on the account that needs attention. This will pull up the Account Details graph
- Click on the Pencil Icon
- In the screen that appears, click Edit
- Re-enter your Username and Password, exactly as you enter it at your financial institution.
- Click Submit
You may be required to enter additional security information, such as answering a security quesiton or entering a security code. Enter this information quickly to refresh the account.
If the account prompt disappears before you can enter the security information, simply click on the account in the My Accounts Panel on the left side of the screen and to display the prompt.
