Your Cash account cannot accept Deposit or Withdrawals which are submitted by a manually added accounts. Before you can transfer funds to/from an external account on your Dashboard, that external account must be aggregated (or “linked”) to your Personal Capital Dashboard. This aggregation process helps ensure that the account being linked is your own, and that you have proper access to it.
