Within the Financial Roadmap tool, to complete certain Milestones, it may require account information to be completed. Under the Retirement and Debt Paydown sections of the Savings Planner tool, the accounts table may show an error next to a specific account.
To clear the error, click on the account in the account list on the left hand side of our web application or on the error “Owner Info Missing” or “Missing” next to the account name.
This will display the account details of the respective account and allow you to complete all account information.
For Personal Capital Investment accounts that show the error “Owner Info Missing”, please reach out to your Advisor to complete this information.
