Update (2/18): Ally accounts should now update successfully, however you will need to enter a security code to refresh the account. We are still working with Ally to make the last few adjustments, and we will update this page once a full resolution is in.
Update (2/5): We are working with Ally Bank to resolve this issue, and while we do not have a current ETA on a fix we expect to have a resolution soon.
We have received reports with the issues in syncing account data with Ally Bank and are working with our aggregation team to resolve this. Currently, we do not have an ETA to the resolution, but as soon as we have an update on this issue we will update this space.
