If you have participated in the Personal Capital Referral program but have not received your gift card, here are some steps to take to ensure you receive your gift:
- Check your spam folder- sometimes emails will be automatically filtered to spam, so check for an email from email@example.com
- Verify that you (or your referral) used the referral link. If you (or your referral) created the account without using a referral link, your account will not be eligible for the Referral Reward
- Make sure that you (or your referral) have linked a unique investment account with a value greater than $1000 within 30 days of using the referral link
Please note that all awards will be electronically delivered within six weeks from registration to the user’s email provided in the registration process.
