When a transaction is initiated, it is submitted to our banking partners at 2:30 pm Pacific time. Transactions posted after that time will be submitted on the following business day at 2:30 pm
To cancel a transaction before it has been submitted to our banking partners, take the following steps from your Personal Capital dashboard:
- Click on your Personal Capital Cash account
- Locate the transaction to cancel
- Click Cancel Once a transaction has been submitted, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to reverse a transaction that is already being processed, you will need to wait until it posts, then withdraw the funds.
