To cancel a "pending" transfer before it has been submitted to our banking partners, please follow these steps on your Personal Capital Dashboard:
1. Click on your Personal Capital Cash account
2. Locate the transaction to cancel
3. Click "Cancel"
To cancel a pending transfer on the Personal Capital mobile app, please follow these steps:
1. Select your Cash account
2. Select the transfer you wish to cancel
3. Select the “Cancel” option, and then select “Yes”
Note: When a transaction is initiated, it is submitted to our banking partners at 2:30 pm (Pacific) on the first available business day. If a transaction is not canceled prior to this cutoff time, it will not be able to be canceled or recalled.
