There have been reports that users with Capital One accounts are being asked for secondary authorization (MFA) multiple times. Capital One made some security changes, and your linked account will no longer update in your Personal Capital dashboard without secondary authentication. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and are working with our aggregation partner, Yodlee, to resolve this issue.
To have proper account linking, Capital One will need to make changes on their end that are, unfortunately, beyond our control. We always value feedback from our users because it helps us work to create the best experience possible, and we’re sure Capital One would appreciate hearing your perspective as well
Please be assured that the secondary authentication is working as expected and your account should refresh once that step is completed.
