There have been reports that users with Capital One accounts are being asked for secondary authorization (MFA) multiple times. This is is due to our aggregation provider, Yodlee, who has made some infrastructure changes to better serve the requests from Personal Capital. Because of this, Capital One has identified these requests as coming from new IP addresses and/or devices and prompts for the secondary authentication.
Please be assured that the secondary authentication is working as expected and your account should refresh once that step is completed. Note that you may have to complete this step several times over the next few days.
