How Do I Force Data To Be Refreshed For A Specific Account

You can force a data refresh by doing the following:

1. Log into your Empower Personal Dashboard account/dashboard.
2. Click on the pencil icon next to the account name.
3. Click Edit to the right of "User ID and Password".
4. Enter your username/password.
5. Click Save.

This will force a data refresh directly from the financial institution's website and will update the account.
