For some accounts hosted by myStreetscape or Wealthscape, you may be required to enter a Portal ID. Since this is an optional field that is only enabled for some users, you will need to take additional steps to provide this information:
- Locate your account in your My Accounts list
- Click the Pencil Icon next to the account name
- In the window that appears, click "Try answering extra fields"
Once you enter this information you should be able to update your account successfully.
