Entering Your Portal ID

For some accounts hosted by myStreetscape or Wealthscape, you may be required to enter a Portal ID. Since this is an optional field that is only enabled for some users, you will need to take additional steps to provide this information:

  1. Locate your account in your My Accounts list
  2. Click the Pencil Icon next to the account name
  3. In the window that appears, click "Try answering extra fields"



Once you enter this information you should be able to update your account successfully.
