Resolved: We have found the issue and have made the changes to resolve the accounts not updating. For some Financial Institutions, we will need you to enter your credentials to force the system to refresh.
If you continue to have update issues, please let us know.
Initial Issue: There have been several institutions reported where accounts have not been updated after 06/18/2018, but are showing no error messages. Our aggregation team is aware of this and are working on resolving these issues.
We will update this article once the accounts can be refreshed again.
