Issue has been resolved - 4/11/2018
Due to site changes at the TD Bank site, we are currently experiencing an error with updating linked TD Bank accounts. We are aware of this issue and we are working on a resolution.
UPDATE: After the recent site upgrade, the TD Bank site was experiencing some capacity issues that impacted load times. This in turn impacted our ability to aggregate and update accounts in Personal Capital.
We are working with the TD Bank team to accommodate these site changes as well as make some security updates that require both our engineering team and the team at TD Bank as well as the legal teams with both companies. We expect to have an resolution soon, but we do not have a concrete ETA at this time.
