Resolved 2/20/2018: Recent Market volatility affecting account updates

Issue has been Resolved - 2/20/2018.
Due to the recent market volatility on February 7th, several institutions have requested that we suspend account aggregation. These issues have been reported to our aggregation team who are currently working with the institutions to enable account refreshes again. 
 As of now, Morgan Stanley account refreshes have been stopped at their request. We will update this post as we get more information through out the day
