Due to changes in the way that Nelnet displays and reports transaction and account data on their site we need update the way your data is displayed in Personal Capital. You may see some Nelnet accounts marked as "closed" in Personal Capital as a result of this change but this is expected behavior. You can set them to closed to remove them from your My Accounts view and preserve the historical data. Please submit a request to report any issues regarding this change.
UPDATE 11/21/2016: The aggregation changes have been completed. If you have Nelnet accounts that indicate they appear to be closed please mark them as closed in Personal Capital.
