RESOLVED: Voya Accounts Are Not Refreshing In Personal Capital

UPDATE 1/19: This issue is now resolved and Voya accounts are refreshing again.


Some Voya accounts are not refreshing as expected in Personal Capital due to changes Voya made to add multi-factor authentication to their sites. Our technical team  is working on some changes needed to handle this in Personal Capital and we will update this message once the issue is resolved. Apologies for the inconvenience this may cause.

UPDATE 11/22: Our technical team has investigated the issue and performed an update to handle the changes Voya made. However, it appears that since Voya has changed their login process, if your account is still not updating you must log into your Voya account on Voya's website to complete their process to update your login information and preferences. Once you have done that you can log into Personal Capital and edit your credentials to update the account in Personal Capital. Once you do this the accounts should update as expected.
