RESOLVED: Prudential Retirement Services accounts not updating

Update on 3/25: We have made the changes required to resolve the errors with Prudential Retirement Services accounts and these accounts should be refreshing in the application.

Prudential Retirement Services recently changed their website. Due to this these accounts are not updating in Personal Capital. Our teams are working to accommodate these changes and we will update the messaging once the changes are complete.
