I am having trouble linking my KeyBank account

KeyBank requires their users to enable their accounts for third party access if they would like to link to personal finance applications.

Please complete the steps below to enable third party access:

  • Log into the KeyBank site.
  • Navigate to “Manage Security.”
  • Within the Third Party Access tab select “Authorize Access.”
  • Once completed, return to Personal Capital and link the Key Bank account.

If you have already done this and still receive an error, please contact us.
