How do I change my account type?

If your account isn't showing the correct type (401K, IRA etc) you can change the 'Account Type field. Application specific steps to change the account type are below.


Web Application (

  1. Click on the 'Pencil' icon on the 'My Accounts' panel 
  2. Click the 'Pencil' icon next to the account name. 
  3. You can change the ‘Account Type’ field to anything of your liking 


  1. Login to the app
  2. Swipe left on the account you'd like to change
  3. Tap edit account
  4. Change the 'Account Type' field to your liking


  1. Log in to the application.
  2. Long tap the account you'd like to change and change the account field to your liking.
