I can't see my security image during sign in anymore

Users that registered with Personal Capital prior to August 14th, 2014 had an image that they would see during the login process.  We have eliminated the use of this image from the login process as of August 14th, 2014.

The security of your data is of paramount importance to all of us at Personal Capital. Our engineers are continuously working on ways to enhance your user experience while maintaining the highest degree of security integrity. These developments have rendered the image itself redundant in our actual login and data security process. To that end, we've eliminated the login image that appears when accessing Personal Capital on your computer.

As a reminder, we use the same security and encryption protocols in use at major banks and financial institutions worldwide. Principally, we use device authentication to ensure that only you can access your account, and no one else. Before you can access your account on each and every computer, tablet, or smartphone, you'll receive an automated phone call or email asking to confirm your identity and approve the new device.
