I can't find the site for the account I am trying to add

Personal Capital supports a significant number of financial institution sites. However, if you can't find your site in the search results while adding an account, it's possible that the site is currently not supported.  In this case, we ask that you contact support with the following information, 

  • Complete name of the financial institution in question
  • The URL you use to log into the site directly.
We are constantly working on adding support for new financial institutions, however, we cannot give you an ETA for when this site will be added. Please check back periodically.
