Personal Capital has a variety of informational emails that we can send out to help you get the most out of your dashboard experience.
You can manage your email preferences through the Email Subscription Portal in your Profile Settings.
On the web client, click on your name in the upper right corner of your dashboard. From there, scroll to the Email Subscriptions section:
From here you can check or uncheck the boxes next to each email type to manage your subscriptions.
Note that the opt-out preferences do not apply to service related updates or direct messages from the Personal Capital Support team. If you are a registered client of Personal Capital, we are required to notify you not only about the updated features to our service, but also with general and required notifications regarding our business.
