If you want to edit multiple transactions with the same category, please complete the following steps in our web application at www.personalcapital.com.
- Please log in to Personal Capital via a web browser on your computer (home.personalcapital.com)
- Go to My Accounts panel
- Click on the account in question
- Click on the ‘Pencil’ icon (just above the ‘Date’ column)
- Search for transactions that you want to edit and select the ones to edit using the checkboxes
- Change the category by selecting the new category from within the drop down menu provided
- Click the ‘Done’ tab
