From the Web:
Click on the Help icon at the right bottom corner of the screen and search for the content you need. If the articles presented aren't helpful click on the 'Contact Us' button to contact Personal Capital Support.
From Mobile Apps:
Go to the Settings feature of our iPad, iPhone or Android-based apps and tap on "Support Center" in the menu (for Android users, please click on "Personal Capital", then "Support Center". Then search for the content you need. If you are unable to locate the information you want, you can send in your feedback or questions by selecting "Submit a Request". Your comments will generate a support ticket, including your contact information, so we may track your request through resolution.
Certain issues require research and, occasionally, changes to our software. Therefore our issue resolution times may vary, but we do our best to close the loop as quickly as possible.
