We are observing a high number of failed refreshes for Vanguard accounts as of March 14th. We are investigating this issue with our aggregation partner and we hope to have an update or resolution soon.
As Vanguard limits when accounts can be refreshed, however, please note that you may not be able to refresh your account in your Empower Personal Dashboard until we are out of that blackout period.
