We are seeing some reports of Betterment IRAs showing up under both Investment and Cash in the Empower Personal Dashboard. While we are investigating the issue with our aggregation team, we do have a workaround that can correct the duplication.
If your account is showing up under both Investment and Cash, you can remove the duplicate by removing the account that is listed under Cash. Follow the steps outlined here: How do I remove an account linked in my Empower Personal Dashboard?
If your account is only aggregating under cash however please do not remove the account and instead reach out to our support team so we may investigate this issue further.
