Most of the time when you link your accounts, our aggregation is able to pull in all of your accounts (provided that the accounts are of a type for which we currently have aggregation support). It is possible however that an account may be temporarily skipped. This can also happen if you open a new account at your financial institution and you need to add the account to your dashboard.
If you are missing an account, there is an easy way to get it linked up to your dashboard.
- In the My Accounts list, click the "+" symbol
- Search for your financial institution
- Re-enter your credentials as if you were adding the account again.
This will force the account to re-sync and pull in any missing accounts, provided we support that account type. If you are still having trouble please contact support and let us know what type of account you are trying to link.
