I am missing one of several accounts at a financial institution.

Your account may be missing because Personal Capital may not support the specific type of account. If the account type(bank, credit card, loan, investment etc) is supported, it will shown on the Link account screen. 

In the example screenshot below, the application shows that investment, cash(bank), credit card, mortgage, and loan accounts are supported for Chase.



If you have setup a new account at the financial institution and you see the account type listed in Personal Capital (like above), try linking your account one more time (without removing the existing accounts).
