I am having trouble linking my TCF Bank account.

TCF Bank is making changes to their website and transitioning users  from the old website to the new one. 

As a result of this change, you will have to relink your TCF Bank account in Personal Capital once you start using their new website. To link your new TCF Bank account in Personal Capital, please see the steps below,

  1. Review the instructions on TCF's website to enroll in the new Digital Banking service.
  2. Once you have enrolled, link your new account by searching for 'TCF Bank New Digital Banking'

 

Once your new account is linked, you can mark your old account as 'Closed' in Personal Capital. Closing the old account will ensure that your historical data is retained in Personal Capital. For instructions on how to close the old account, please see this article.
