We have received reports of issues with updating Principal and Principal Financial Group accounts in Personal Capital. This is showing as a Yellow Dot next to the account indicating that there is a temporary issue. We are working with our aggregation team to address this error further, however we do not currently have an ETA for a resolution.
As soon as we have a resolution we will update this page- in the meantime, please leave your account linked in it's current state as we will need actively linked accounts as we investigate the issue.

Updated (1/26): This issue should now be resolved for a majority of our customers. Please ensure to update your credentials against your linked accounts, and reach back out to our support if any issues are still occurring.
